The West European Confederation of Racing Pigeon Fanciers (WECvP) is a cooperation on European level. It was officially founded in March 1998. The intention of the WECvP is to help each other where possible and to solve shared problems. The members of the WECvP are Belgium, Great-Britain, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany and France.

On the 17th of March 2007, Mr. Van Gils (Netherlands) was elected as president. Mr. Wauthy (Belgium) and  Mr. Tattersall (Great-Britain) are Vice President.

During the meetings, no decisions are made. This happens in the national meetings of every country.
